Every detail, from the specialized ice-making equipment to the delicate layers and expert flavor stacking, is handled with true artisan-level mastery. The menu features traditional shaved ice, snowflake ice, savory dishes, desserts, and coffee—all made fresh each day using natural ingredients, with new seasonal flavors introduced every quarter. The brand has also launched an original mascot character, “Matcha Soldier,” alongside limited-edition holiday gift boxes. Looking ahead, they plan to develop unique shaved ice flavors that integrate Macao’s rich cultural heritage, such as Portuguese dessert-inspired creations and innovative combinations featuring local ingredients.
