Its exclusive Macao open-flame blend is created using a golden ratio of three coffee beans. In addition to Americano and milk coffee, its additive-free, natural handcrafted specialty drinks are among the brand’s highlights. The Brown Sugar Coffee Latte uses award-winning brown sugar from Taiwan region, which is hand-roasted in-store every day. After being blended with milk and coffee, the drink is topped with brown sugar powder and torched, creating a caramelized crunch and rich aroma. The Special Lemon Black Coffee is made with premium Sunkist lemons cooked into a jam and blended with black coffee, resulting in a refreshing fruit-forward drink with natural lemon pulp. The brand has also created specialty drinks inspired by Macao. The Portuguese Egg Tart Wine Coffee Latte uses Macao Portuguese egg tart liqueur and a golden salted egg yolk milk foam to recreate the experience of a “liquid Portuguese egg tart.” Inspired by Macao’s traditional almond cookies, the Almond Milk Coffee Latte is designed as a drinkable almond cookie. It features roasted mung bean powder on top, crunchy almond milk foam in the middle, and an almond milk latte base, creating what the brand calls a “liquid almond cookie.” Through open-flame roasting, Artigiano Coffee brings out the natural character of coffee beans while incorporating local Macao elements.
